04The Collective

People who like being measured

A collective is a group that performs together and is judged together. Ours is built for people who find goals, coaching, and honest feedback motivating rather than uncomfortable.

How the floor feels

Set the goal. Show up. Learn from the result.

Days start with clarity about what we are trying to do and end with an honest look at what happened. Between those two points is customer conversation, campaign execution, and the coaching that turns one into the other.

People here often come from competitive sports, team environments, or any background where being coached is normal. That mentality helps. It is not a requirement — no athletic experience is needed to work at 917 Collective.

Coaching is constant

Feedback is not an annual event. It happens after conversations, after campaigns, and in one-to-one development time.

Accountability is shared

Objectives are visible. So is the support around them. Being measured is not the same as being left alone.

Preparation earns confidence

Nobody is asked to improvise in front of a customer. Product knowledge and conversation structure come first.

Ambition without burnout

We are a competitive environment, not a self-destructive one. Long-term performance depends on people who can keep going.

Momentum isn't something you wait for

If that reads like a challenge rather than a slogan, you will recognise the room.
